Bashly Pyotr Nikolaevich – Ph.D. in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Vice-Rector-Director of the Rostov Branch of the Russian Customs Academy, Professor of the Department of Informatics of Information Customs Technologies.
Research interests: issues of the functioning of the customs system; information technology - in economics and customs; information security issues.
Author of over 150 publications including:
- 15 textbooks and teaching aids, including textbooks: "Fundamentals of information security in the customs authorities of the Russian Federation,""Information security,""Technical means of informatization,""Modern network technologies,""Information security," having stamps of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and Educational and methodological department in the field of customs;
- 17 patents of the Russian Federation devoted to the study of problems of increasing electronic security of information and technical infrastructure facilities, information security;
- more than 120 scientific articles, including in peer-reviewed and indexed (RSCI, Scopus, Web of Science) Russian and foreign publications.
Initiator and active organizer of the annual International Scientific and Practical Conference of the Rostov Branch of the Russian Customs Academy "Features of State Regulation of Foreign Economic Activity," held with the participation and support of the South and North Caucasus Customs Administrations.
Participant in the implementation of government contracts within the framework of the Federal Target Program for 2009-2013 "Scientific and Scientific-Pedagogical Personnel of Innovative Russia" in the areas of "Information and Telecommunication Systems" and "Transport and Space Systems."
In September 2013, he was included in the federal register of scientific and technical experts.
